Srikumaran Stores acts as a facilitator and is not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
However, we may assist in dispute resolution if formally reported.
We facilitate export of coconuts and other farmer products to international buyers.
Export timelines, quality checks, and documentation will depend on Indian export rules and the import regulations of the destination country.
Buyers must ensure compliance with their country’s import laws and bear associated costs (customs duties, clearance fees, etc.).
Vendors/farmers must ensure that:
Products listed are genuine, legal, and accurately described.
Goods comply with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines where applicable.
No prohibited or restricted items are listed on the platform.
Any violation may result in suspension of account or legal action.
